At the heart of our business is a commitment to ensuring total customer satisfaction. If you find our services less than satisfactory, we pledge to investigate the matter thoroughly and, if the reasons are found to be genuine, we will issue a full refund.
We understand that our clients may sometimes be dissatisfied with our services. In such cases, clients are free to cancel their service and request a refund. Our policies regarding cancellation and refunds are as follows:
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your service, please get in touch with our team. Any cancellation requests received less than three business days before the end of the current service period will be considered as a cancellation for the subsequent service period.
Refund Policy:
We strive to create an optimal environment for our clients. However, if a client is not fully satisfied with our products, we are open to providing a refund. For payments made via credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account.
